CoM dependent deploy direction of elevons

Description
Desc: When the center of mass changes after decoupling, the deploy direction of elevons is affected, i.e. they are not independent from the center of mass.
Repr:
1. Fly the attached plane.
2. Open the cargo ramp door and decouple the dummy cargo.
3. Notice that during pitch maneuvers the deploy direction of the inner elevons has now inverted.

I think there still would be a better solution. While technically the CoM dependency works as expected, you might want to consider to tweak it a little, because it clearly looks plain wrong in such a borderline case. And resetting the authority limit every time the CoM changes significantly is not very elegant.
