Allow closing Flight Window with F3

Description

In game, F3 opens the Flight Window, but to close it we have to click the close button.
It would be nice if we can close the window by pressing F3 again.

The F3 flight result window is opened and closed with F3.

A similar window is used for the death screen, this is not opened with F3 and is closed with the buttons.

Actually depending on the situation, when pressing F3 the flight result window may or may not have buttons (similar to the death screen buttons).
If there are no buttons visible, then you can close the window with F3, but if there are buttons visible you can;t close the window with F3.

I was going to report as a bug during pre-release, but I couldn't get it to happen reliably, or rather the situations are pretty specific.
