No Control over Kerbal when load quicksave while in command seat

Description

When i was driving whit my rover i quicksaved it with a kerbal in the command seat.

When i messed up somehow i want to load last quicksave only to find out that Kerbal fals out of command seat and is no longer controllable neither from switching to nearby vessel or on the tracking station and soes not display on the map.

I have tried to replicate it, however the kerbal does not fall out of the seat, nor is it non-controllable. The only thing I can suspect is did you leave the breaks on?

I did put the brakes on.
