Description

The radial attachment node for the FL-T100 fuel tank appears to be out of position. When attaching radially, the attachment point will be inside the edge of the tank rather than right on it.
This issue has cropped up in a previous build before. Refer to bug #1839.

To replicate:
1) enter VAB
2) place any part or parts
3) attempt to attach FL-T100 fuel tank(s) to assembly in a radial manner

Addendum: the offset attahcment point does not seem to affect collisions. The tank, when attached to the small radial decoupler, will appear to be in contact with the part to which the decoupler is attached, but ejects as expected.

Didn't realize that there is a separate project for 1.1 pre-release. Please remove.
