Kerbal Space Program

I'm not sure if this counts as a bug as, since there's no documentation, the developer intent is not clear here but it certainly has obscure and unfinished feeling to it. Summing it up:

Expected behavior: right-click menus bring up options that can be executed

Observed behavior: right-click menus bring up non-functional options

Right-clicking a command pod from an EVA Kerbal brings up a menu with a Crew Report option but nothing happens even though the Kerbal is a scientist and the pod is occupied. The menu should probably not offer scientific experiments that cannot be executed.

Similarly, right-clicking another Kerbal with an EVA Kerbal brings up a menu with Take Surface Sample and EVA Report options, neither of them can be executed. They probably should not be in the
menu.

If the nearby EVA Kerbal has surface sample and EVA report on it, its right-click menu has two Take Data buttons. These should probably be called after the data to be taken, i.e. Take Sample and Take Report. It is possible now to infer their function from the extra non-functional Take Surface Sample and EVA Report buttons interleaving them but those should not be there.

Finally, right-clicking own EVA Kerbal, then Alt+right-clicking a nearby EVA Kerbal displays Out and In buttons below the EVA Propellant gauge, but these again don't have any effect and the EVA propellant gauge is not even displayed in the other Kerbal's menu. Clicking Out button displays the Stop button instead of In/Out but no propellant is transferred.
