Phantom green orbit in Tracking Station, and apoapsis/periapsis marker inside Kerbin

Description

When opening Tracking Station, there's a green orbit with no markers. Inside Kerbin is an AP and PE marker in the same color which belongs to Sean's Cannery, but there are no proposed or active contracts for this one.
If I build a satellite, the AP+PE marker will follow it. The orbit will not be visible in map view when flying this vehicle.

Problem tracked down to this finished contract record:

After removing this complete entry from the list in persistence file and restarting KSP, the marker was gone.
Probably a contract forced to finish through debug menu?

Thanks, I'll remove it form my savefile. No contracts were forced to complete and F12 was never used, so I don't know how this happened. I did cancel another contract earlier, possibly from Sean's Cannery, because the proposed orbit intersected Mun.
I'll get back to you if I find a way (ingame without F12, of course) to reproduce the issue.
