I don't know if the history of contracts can be deduced from the file, it is not obvious if such information is there. Apparently a Kerbal record is added to the roster even for yet unaccepted contracts so if both were on your list for at least some time, it's possible Marsha was removed with finishing the earlier contract even though the later contract already and still existed.

You might be able to fix the issue by adding the following record to your roster:
