Kerbal Space Program

After reinstalling the game and copying over my saves, I'm missing some parts e.g. the small nose cone and Air Intake. The saves were from the same day. I reinstalled to a different drive after a visual-overhaul mod pack went wrong. The pack's files did not overwrite anything in the saves folder, and the installation on the original drive was wiped.
So far I've tried reinstalling the game again, verifying integrity of game cache, and deleting all files except saves folder. Scenarios and Training folders are fresh as well.
