Description
When the game is paused while the mouse pointer is over one of the advanced SAS icons, the popup text ("Stability Assist", "Normal", etc.) stays visible and follows the mouse pointer around as long as the game remains paused, even if the pointer is moved off the icon.
Trivial issue, but it does look a bit sloppy.
To reproduce:
1) Select a craft that has advanced SAS.
2) Mouse over one of the selectable SAS icons, so that the name of the icon appears in a popup next to the mouse pointer.
3) Press the Esc key to pause the game.
4) Move the mouse pointer off the SAS icon.
5) Observe that the popup stays visible even though the mouse pointer is no longer over the icon.
