Flag pole at Astronaut Center always wants to be fixed for free

Description

Nothing wrong with the flag pole at the Astronaut Center, but right-clicking on it always gives me the option to Repair it for 000,000,000.00 - over and over and over.

The price indicator is wrong even if the pole is damaged. Repair requires funds and is cancelled if there is not enough funds available.
