Description

I discovered that I could kind of copy and paste by picking up a piece from my rocket then placing it on the design stage ( it would become transparent), then hitting ctrl+z to undo the move. The piece would return where it was but also remain on the stage. I could do this several times to copy and paste the same piece many times quickly. However, if I leave the last undone piece on the rocket and also the last copied piece on the stage they appear to be somehow attached together and one would move with the other. This could be avoided by just trashing the last piece copied. Anyway, clearly this is not a feature, but it is a strange thing that I stumbled across, but the problem comes when I launch with a piece stuck together in this way. There is no indicator that the piece is even there anymore after saving and reloading, and yet the saved ship still crashes the game immediately after clicking launch.

Reported version in the game is actually v1.0.2.0, but I only see 1.0 and 1.0.1 as options in the bug tracker.
