Monetary cost of hiring astronauts in career mode is not presented well

Description

The cost of hiring a kerbal at the astronaut complex is not very visible and this, combined with the fact that there's no confirmation window to hire a new kerbal, can cause the player to unintentionally spend all of his or her funds.

The cost of hiring an individual kerbal may be a bit too high as well -- upwards of 100k funds after a few hires.

Agreed. An easy fix would be a money sound like Ca-Ching whenever you click to purchase one! Another one of the many reasons we should've never skipped Beta. :-(
