KSP Version: .90 Mac 64-bit
What Happens: Engine doesn't get fuel through the TVR-2160C Mk2 Stack Quad-Coupler
Mods / Add-Ons: All Stock
Steps to Replicate:
1) Follow these build steps:
- Start a new craft
- Place Command Pod mk1
- Connect TVR-2160C to base of pod
- Connect a FL-T800 Fuel Tanks each node point of TVR-2160C
- Connect TVR-2160C inverted (upside-down) to base of fuel tanks
- Connect LV-T45 to inverted TVR-2160C
2) Note that when you go to launch you will see no fuel available to the engine
Result: Engine cannot be used as there is no fuel available
Fixes/Workarounds:

This is as designed. Fuel flow across multicouplers is one way only, from the single-attachement side to the multi-attachment side.
You could repost this as a feature request, though the fuel flow priority is already extremely complicated.
