What Happens: Unable to complete Satellite contract mission - the 'designated orbit' condition fails to pass.

Steps to Replicate:
Unknown. Issue appears to be specific to this particular contract. Several similar contracts have been attempted and completed without issue in this playthrough.

Result: Both the 'Launch a satellite with power and antenna' and 'Maintain stability' conditions will pass, however the 'reach a designated orbit' condition will not pass despite being in a near identical orbit as shown by both the orbit map and the contract parameters.

Fixes/Workarounds:
- None

Other Notes/Pictures/Log Files:
- Save game attached. Satellite in question is 'Satellite Basic'.
- Image attached. Shows the intended orbit and the satellite orbit as being almost identical.
