Kerbal Space Program

So I came back from Minmus, made reentry and splashed down rather gently at about 8m/s.
Vessel was a MK2 Lander can + MK1 Lander can on top, LT1 Landing struts and the 20N tiny Engines mounted radially. Senior docking port was the bottom of the vessel since it was attached to a space station at minmus.

Splashed down, the vessel wobbled around a lot (SAS, RCS and liquid engines all shut down). So When I moved the cursor to the top of the screen, the "Recover Vessel" Button would zoom in and out again. I decided too treat this like a quicktime event and clicked the button which sent me not back to the space center but my desktop.

This was the first time this happened to me, so this doesn't seem to happen often.
