Mk2 Lander Can model wrong axis, spins outside of box

Description
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, Kerbal Space Program v0.90.0.705 32-bit with no mods/addons via Steam
Enter the VAB or SPH and under "Pods" mouseover the Mk2 Lander Can. As shown in the screenshots below, it'll animate and spin around an axis centered on the crew hatch, causing the model to go beyond its selection button and preview window.
Every other model spins around an axis centered in the middle of the part, keeping it within the confines of the button and preview, looking much cleaner.
