Description

Pressing the Focus Next Vessel key when in the KSC overview causes the
game to freeze when there is a vessel at KSC.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a vessel and put it on the launch pad
2. Exit to Space Center
3. Press the Focus Next Vessel Key (default to right angle bracket "[")

Result:
- Game freezes
- High CPU usage (30% on a 4 core system).

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in 1.1.3.1289, perhaps some key refactoring fixed it?
