Description
All light part orientations are currently set in VAB/SPH and cannot be altered after launch.
Feature of Lights, (and could be extended to some other parts such as Camera's if added) should be to pan or rotate in flight. (similar to a controllable spotlight or searchlight)
Alternative implementation could be provided by a specific swivel or gimbal part that lights/etc could be mounted too.
