If you put a kerbal in the external command seat in the VAB and go into orbit, then it will not turn where you look. At the same time, the fuel of the backpack is used just like that. And after a while it starts spinning, which makes control almost impossible. The only thing what it reacts to is the WASD buttons. But if you go to the command pod, then everything becomes normal. This bug only appears if you put the kerbal in a chair in VAB. If you put him first in the command pod and then the chair, nothing will happen.The bug appears from version 1.11.1 (steam).If you roll back to version 1.10.1 (steam), then everything works fine.
