Description
I was trying to place a fuel duct between a monopropellant tank and a rover to fill the tanks and they're not connecting on the Mun. I tested it on Kerbin first and it worked

Updated by I do believe struts and ducts can only attach between parts of the same ship. You have to dock with other vessels before you can attach them.
