SM-25 Service Module - Jettison Shroud is bugged

Description
If objects are placed inside the SM-25 Service Module, then during flight Jettison (Left) or (Right) Shrouds with an action group, the doors will come off, but objects inside are not clickable. Any deployable parts like antennae or science booms will register as stowed / unable to deploy while stowed. If you then save/load, the doors will be magically replaced and can be jettisoned again by action group.
If you deploy the shroud via staging instead, the objects will register as clickable and not stowed.
However you can't select (L) or (R) doors only on staging mode. Can that be added as an option, or otherwise fixed? Really trying to do a great Apollo 15 here..
Another issue - there should be an option in VAB to disable the staging of this part.

I did some playing in the craft file and discovered if you set deployed to True, it works more like intended. The doors will still deploy off with action groups.

isEnabled = True
IsDeployed = True
One weird issue when you do this edit, is in the VAB it will show the SM-25 with the exterior missing.

Another weird issue is if you edit it to Deployed = True, then in-flight, if you go on EVA, the cutaway mesh immediately disappears
