Kerbal Space Program

This bug is very similar to bug #28011. However, it doesn't appear to matter what command pod is being used, or what happens during flights.

The only saves that happen are autosaves on the launchpad. Attempting to manually save causes the game to pause without any menus open until escape is pressed, but no save is actually made. Pressing F5 to quicksave does nothing. Attempting to recover a vessel or return to the space center, either through the pause menu or the top of the screen, visually presses the button, but nothing happens. The same happens when attempting to quit to the main menu, so the only way to quit is to force close the game.

I apologize if this isn't enough information to recreate the bug, but it seems to always be active, even with a fresh re-install, so I have no idea what caused it.
