Kerbal Space Program

I crashed a micro-rocket, and reloaded a quick-save. And the camera froze. I could lower gear and move my cursor and pause, but that was it. It made the game unplayable.
Then, while placing experiments in breaking ground containers in a MK. 2 lander can’s side cargo bays, “New Text” appeared and the entire game froze, but the little kerbals were still walking around and trucks were going ho elevators.
