Kerbal Space Program

Since updating to version 1.11.1 I have experienced numerous occasions where the program displays a modal dialog that cannot be dismissing by pressing OK. After clicking OK the dialog just remains. Most of the dialogs include a yellow don't display again radio button that cannot be clicked. I can move the window arround the screen but I can't dismiss it. The only solution is pressing the close X in the upper right corner of the window after showing the windows desktop.
