Steam - 64-bit

DESCRIPTION:
Using the ctrl+z part duplication method around seemingly any decoupler-type part causes immediate crash. GPU spike up to 100% is observed in task manager:
gpu spike
Crash log is also not generated when this occurs

HOW TO REPLICATE:
1: Within the VAB, select a generic decoupler (eg. TD-12) as a base part
2: Select a generic fuel tank (eg. T400) and attach it below decoupler
3: Click and move fuel tank off decoupler
4: CTRL+Z to replace fuel tank
5: Place original tank below copy

EXPECTED RESULT:
Immediate crash or after a few seconds.
