Description

Jetpacks now exist as a discrete inventory item. The following parameters are specified in the KerbalEVA module, but moving them to the Jetpack config would permit the existence of multiple types of jetpacks with different propulsion characteristics.

- linPower, rotPower [thrust]
- PropellantConsumption [with the above, also determines specific impulse]
- PropellantResourceName
