Description
Hi,
if I deactivate 'enable comm network' while starting a new save, then the CommNet-Connection-UI just doesn't show.
The new 'warp to sunrise button' works though. I tested Sandbox, Science and Career mode and the problem only seems to arise when I change something in the beginning settings.
(I ignored this bug at first, but after half an hour the UI wouldn't let me close the game or return to the KSC-Building. I only were able to close the game by loading an older save and exit from there.
Only the 'load other save' button reacted to my mouseclick...I was still able to go to Mapview but I could not change the vessel...I was not able to recreate this bug, only the missing UI bar!)

Well if you click on the "Enable Comm Network" and the button turns off. Then of course its going to be missing?.....
The only issue is that annoying little line that shouldnt be there?

Right. It seems to be only because of the partly hidden state of the 'warp to sunrise button' that there is this little line. In this case I can live with that.
I think that will be it for now, as I don't seem to be able to reproduce the other bug, that I had at the beginning.
