The screenshot shows what I mean.
When an EVA Kerbal clicks on a deployed science station (Breaking Ground DLC) and picks the "rename vessel" option it opens a dialog where you can type a new name.
While typing in that text field, the "T" key is still causing the SAS to toggle. It's not blocking that control while typing.
