Description

When a Cubic Octagonal Struct is attached to a decoupler and the arrow of the decoupler is facing towards the cubic struct,
the cubic struct and everything attached to it is frozen in it's place.
Any attempts to nudge it fails and the struct is frozen in place.

This also occurs when decoupling an Octogonal Strut.
