Kerbal Space Program

In VAB load menu, vehicles can only be selected using the cursor arrow (not directional keys or joystick movement). Because of this the vehicle must be selected using the 'X' button, however the vehicle does not load. It is only selected, shading the background color of the selected vehicle to a dark gray. Then to actually load the vehicle you must double tap 'X'. When merging or deleting the vehicle in the load list, you use 'X' to select the vehicle and then 'TRIANGLE' or 'SQUARE' and the response is immediate.

Steps to Replicate:
1) Go to VAB
2) Open vehicle
3) Hit 'R3' to enable the cursor
4) Select the vehicle using 'X'
5) Then quickly double tap 'X' to load the vehicle

Expected:
- When selecting the vehicle it should load immediately, or be selectable using directional arrows/joystick so "select" and "load" are not both linked to 'X'

Fixes/Workarounds:
- Tap 'X' to select the vehicle, then quickly double tap 'X' to load the vehicle. If done too slowly the vehicle is unselected.

Appears to have changed with update 1.13. Load menu operated more efficiently with previous version.
