Add ability to be able to change Camera View 'V' and also Camera Part Focus (via PAW) during 'Camera Mode' when paused and UI is removed (F2)

Recently, the ability to go into a 'Camera Mode' was added wherein if you paused the game and pressed F2 to remove the UI you could rotate the camera around, change the FOV and take screenshots, however, in this mode you cannot change the camera view 'V' (auto/free/orbital/chase) or change the focus of the camera to focus on a different part in the craft (via a PAW) as the game is paused and the UI is removed respectively. It would be great if, somehow, these two abilities were allowed to occur when in this 'Camera Mode' so that you can really manipulate the camera around whilst the game is paused to take great screenshots without having to unpause the game.
