Description

Deployed relay satellites in orbit with a relay dish do not work as a relay as they did in all former versions prior to the update to 1.10.0.

Steps to replicate:
1) Relay satellite with relay dish installed put in orbit
2) Goto tracking station activate Comment signal hops
You do not see signal hops between satellites
