Description
When FTX-2 External Fuel Duct attached from FL-C1000 to any other part, it won't pump fuel. I'm not sure if it's mod related or not, because I'm playing modded game, but both fuel duct and this tank is from core game.

Please go and recheck this in an unmodded game. I have just checked this myself and don't see any issues with pumping fuel between the FL-C1000 tank and another using the fuel duct
