Kerbal Space Program

I'm doing the Science tutorial and the "Next" button is highlighted ready to press,
and pressing it looks like the button gets depressed and the dialog flashes like its going to change content,
but then nothing ends up changed. Forward progress cannot be made in the tutorial
until the R&D facility is exited, then "Next" pressed, then the R&D facility is re-enter to follow the instructions for that one step,
then exit R&D, press "Next" and re-enter facility to follow the next instructions.
