Bug #24343
Sometimes grip pads don't account for craft collisions.

Description
I don't know why, but I'm getting bugs that increase in complexity more and more.¶
I have no idea how to even explain this, but sometimes when one craft with grip pads as landing gear stands on another craft, it falls through it when timewarp is enabled. But it only happens if you are controlling the second craft (or any other, I assume), not the craft with grip pads on it. Also, when you try to timewarp the craft with grip pads, from time to time it will go to physics warp, even though this craft is not moving whatsoever. When this happens, it's almost guaranteed to fall through. It will happen with any craft that's standing on another craft.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab the attached craft file or create your own with a similar setup.
2. Launch it.
3. Decouple the main craft from the base.
4. Enable timewarp on the main craft.
Right now, if this bug is "active", the main craft should only enable physics timewarp. If it goes to "on rails" timewarp, go to step 6.
5. Switch to the base that you just decoupled and enable timewarp.
The main craft should fall through the base and explode.
6. If the main craft doesn't go to physics timewarp, switch scene to Space Center and back to the main craft. And then repeat steps 4 and 5.
As always, it is better if you watch the attached videos, they should give a better representation of this bug. I'm not very good at explaining this stuff in text, especially when the complexity of it is this high.
