Kerbal Space Program

I am activating the decoupler while all mission requirements are showing green, but when one of the conditions (such as altitude) goes outside the target range the condition returns to incomplete.

I have tried multiple times to complete this with multiple ships but I always get the same result.

Conditions to reproduce:
Have mission "Test TD-25 Decoupler in flight over Kerbin"
Launch rocket designed for mission that has a TD-25 decoupler.
When all conditions are green in the mission log, activate stage used for decoupler (using space bar).
Note that the mission does not complete and one one of the conditions goes outside the target range, the condition returns to incomplete.
