Store Data Display on a Vessel Does not Update on Store Data Action

Description
Example Case:
When going EVA with a Kerbal on the Mün, and that Kerbal has gathered Science Data, storing that data in another vessel does not update the action tooltip for that Kerbal until clicking the action again. See Images 1, 2, and 3 attached for additional information. All images have a debug menu open during the testing.
