So this is a bug that has happened with my old save, but I figured since it was really old that's the reasoning. However, I created a brand new stock save for Breaking Grounds and the issue keeps happening. If I save something in either my assemblies folder or craft folder and delete them, upon a game restart they reappear in both my folders and game.
