Before it was showing:
"Crew Report from Kerbin's Shores"
and after last patch it now showing:
"Crew Report from Kerbin's"
It does apply to all Kerbin biomes don't know about biome from others celestial body.

Updated by It also applies in the Science Archive in the R&D. If you look at the Crew Report test there will be a bunch of result showing "Crew Report while flying over Kerbin's" no way to differentiate which biome is done from the ones that aren't.
