Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start game, change UI Scale setting to 160% or smaller.
2. Admire the Funds/Reputation/Science bar at the top of the main window.
3. Change UI Scale setting to 170%.
4. See only fractions of bar remaining.
5. Change UI Scale setting to 180% or higher.
6. The bar is now completely gone.
This bug is present since 1.5, according to https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/179080-missing-fundsreputationscience-bar-ksp-15-ui-scale/

Issue no longer occurs, there is also a warning that says 'Restarting KSP is required to apply all the effects of the above UI Scale setting.'
