Description
One example is the Acapello-13 mission, trying to destroy the Skiff engine.
The pop-up announcement comes, but the engine is not affected.
In the craft file, the Skiff's persistentID has changed since version 1.5.1,
but in the mission file the partPersistentID is the same as it was in 1.5.1.
