LY-01 Fixed Landing Gear damper force is low with its default, makes planes that actually weigh something bounce like crazy

Description

Built a standard plane in career mode as soon as I was able to and it would bounce dramatically, registering up to .6m/s on the navball, just stationary on the runway or while moving across KSC. Figured out that it's the LY-01s and that they appear to have very low damper force with their default settings.

I would like to further not that just hitting the override reduces the bouncing significantly, before increasing the damper, suggesting auto is way below what's proper.

Restarting a career from scratch, I can confirm the issue is also relevant on Windows (and no way to minimize the effect with only few tech nodes studied).
