I go to settings, scrolling it up and down, go to difficulty settings, exit then game stucks. It works spontaneously. It's not necessarily to go anywhere at all.

Updated by game is clean, saves are new. "It works spontaneously. It's not necessarily to go anywhere at all" - I mean, it happens in settings, but you can do nothing there to make this happen again. Sorry for my english
