Icons not appearing in Research and Development for new 'Making History' parts

Description
When you select a research node, you get a list of available parts. When you mouse over the parts a description window pops up, with a picture of the part. After installing 'Making History' new parts were available, but the Icon does not show.
I have KSP running on a Windows 8 laptop and a Windows 10 desktop and the problem occurs in both. This eliminates a lot of machine specific causes.
I have a picture with the 'Skiff' engine, but none of the new parts work.
