No "Switch to" menu before Tracking Station research is providing "Set as Target"

Description

As topic, nothing more to say or explain i think.

Some multiclickorgies later, after researching 1st upgrade of Tracking Station, that menu was such a relief and i wonder why there isn't a "Switch to" menu before that research?

In fact it's version 1.4.4 i'm talking about, seems your Bugtracker needs a Bugfix (missing option) lol ;)

To say, i mean mapview when in control of another spacevessel. ;)

Edit:
Why having "Focus View" in that "planet-clicked" menu but not in a "vessel-clicked" one, shouldn't a vessel be focusable as well?
