Kerbal Space Program

What: Scroll, edit(when you click to start modifying the text) or select text in craft description(VAB/SPH) with a mouse or toutchpad only work(or is very buggy) if the mouse cursor is aiming at one of the six first row.

Reproduce: Go in the VAB or SPH, create a new craft, place at least one part(to be able to edit description), edit description and press:(1, enter, 2, enter, 3, enter, 4, enter, 5, enter, 6, enter, 7, enter, 8, enter, 9, enter, 0), then try to scroll or edit while aiming at:(7, 8, 9 or 0)

Workaround: Don't scroll=edit and use arrow
Reset VAB/SPH by loading another craft, changing of scenery(not reliable(can't reproduce)), any other obvious way(as ex. relaunching the game)
(reset needed if you can't see one of the six first row(more than 11 rows) as you can't aim for them to scroll or edit)

Info on my game install: KSP_x64 ,1.4.3.2152 ,Making History ,french(asn't try in english recently), Steam(but in the Games folder), Windows10_x64 familial, i7, 16Gb ram, gtx, ask for more.

Note: If the text cursor(flickering vertical line) get removed by anything else than scrolling(as far as I know) then text position is automatically reset. The
bug has been there as long as I remember.
