The validation report is not able to properly tell that a Kerbal by name is assigned to a spawn kerbal node before being called upon by any other node that references him/her.
In this instance, you can see that Velentina is spawned while docked to the Start node. The warnings say she is not part of any vessel or spawn kerbal node and this is inaccurate.
