Kerbal Space Program

Was testing a mission with XP enabled and discovered a problem, so I created a test on an isolated mission to verify and discovered that XP can not be awarded upon recovery or with the MPL during a mission, but only after recovery when you go back into the VAB/SPH or Astronaut Complex.

Expected result:
MPL should be able to award XP when warranted. Recovery should show XP gained when warranted.
