Funds, rep and science not visible in Missions having funds turned on

Description

In a career mode game you have the finance icon to see your funds, reputation and science. In a mission builder mission, this icon is missing. The only way to see the funds is to return to the KSC. If a mission were to award (or penalize) you funds, the player would want to see how they are doing during the flight event.

I'm not sure how close to "Bug" this really is, but it sure seems like an oversight on the intended features for this expansion.
