Description

In a mission where funds are enabled, and astronauts are not volunteers, you should have to pay for Kerbals you hire. When attempting to recruit from the Astronaut Complex, the message that you do not have enough funds is displayed (in my new mission) but you do not see any the cost needed to hire them like you do in career mode.
